There are multiple places to start this list. For ease of establishing some background, I’ll start with some of the more active truth tellers that are in the top few of the experts in the world.
Dr Tess Lawrie is one of those. She is the one that called to task Dr Andrew Hill for changing his study from Ivermectin being very effective, to not being effective after pressure and a good size bribe.

Dr Hill was happy to let 15,000 people/day die because his lab got a substantial grant to downplay that study! You can feel him squirm in this video.
Now that we know from the Epstein files, that Gates, Epstein and others were planning for several years before to set up the financial windfall they would look forward to from the plandemic.
